Jim Munnion
Jim Munnion is a full time Artist/Printmaker working from his studio in the Brendon Hills near Wiveliscombe.
He works in a wide range of media, including Screen Prints, Wood block relief prints, pastel and pencil drawings and paintings. Many of his pastels and oil paintings are painted outdoors, as the artist feels that this ‘observational ’ discipline compliments his more subjective studio based print work. His work is striking, bold and direct.
He exhibits widely, with work in galleries, fairs and shows throughout the UK. He is a member of Exmoor Producers association, Print South West and Somerset Art Works groups.
This exhibition will provide a great opportunity to see a wide range the artist’s work in all mediums, before the main body of his work goes off to his shows and fairs outside of the area.
