From Saturday 5th April families can join in on a fun Easter egg hunt set in the landscape (and formal) gardens. Look out for eggs along the way and answer quiz questions to win your own chocolate surprise!

Easter is just around the corner and many schools will be breaking up next week with children looking for fun things to do in the holiday!
At Hestercombe there will be many activities to keep active and get outdoors, including egg rolling & decorating, and our popular Easter trail through the gardens.

This May Hestercombe plans to open a brand new, exciting contemporary art gallery featuring some of the country's most significant artwork from the last 20 years.

It looks like the storms have gone away for a little while (fingers crossed!) so whiles it's warmer out why not pop up for a walk and a coffee - there are lots of trails and nature sheets to keep the kids entertained too find out more about February's trail.

We've decided to close the landscape gardens again at least for this morning (Saturday 15th), until the wind subsides a little. We're hopeful we can reopen this afternoon and we're very much looking forward to the sunshine and low winds promised for tomorrow!
