This is a varied role in which you’ll be preparing dishes for the Stables restaurant, on-site café, weddings and special events. You’ll also play a part in devising our seasonally-changing menus, function & event menus.
You will be required to aid the kitchen in all preparation roles, service periods, cleaning, ordering, admin etc.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, passionate and enthusiastic team, set in a beautiful and historic location.
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
