Hestercombe is a small but ambitious visitor attraction near Taunton, Somerset. Over the past 30 years, the 50 acre site has been largely restored, and offers close to 100,000 visitors per year a chance to learn, explore and relax in its four period gardens.
We're looking for somebody with experience in delivering a high quality, engaging visitor experience and events programme along with associated marketing. You’re an enthusiastic team player working within a dynamic environment but are also comfortable working on your own, a self-starter confident with using your own initiative to solve problems. Brilliantly organised, you’ll be great at planning and managing multiple priorities and always deliver to the highest of standards, combining the needs of our visitors with those of the charity.

Salary & Contract
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 (dependent on experience)
Full-time, 37.5 hours (5 days) per week. You may be expected to work occasional weekend days, Bank Holidays and evenings throughout the year. We're happy to discuss part-time / flexible working; this role would usually be mostly office-based but there is flexibility for some remote working.

We are keen to help you get to where you want to be, and have a small training budget to allow you to get professional training each year. Self-directed learning as part of your role, and attendance at relevant conferences or industry events is also encouraged.
You'll receive 23 days' holiday per year (plus bank / religious holidays).
