Restart a Heart Day 2019 - 16th October 2019
Restart a Heart Day raises awareness about cardiac arrest and helps people to learn CPR, giving them lifesaving skills and the confidence to use them.
Come along to take part in one of the hour-long workshops to equip yourself with the knowledge and skills to save a life in the event of an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
In 2018, an amazing 238,793 were trained in CPR through Restart a Heart Day and we are proud to be supporting the campaign for 2019 to ensure even more people can receive vital training.
The initiative led by the European Resuscitation Council is supported by the British Heart Foundation and the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust (SWAST).
CPR training will be led by a SWAST responder and will last for approximately one hour.
10.30am, 12pm, 1.30pm and 3pm
To book onto a session, please follow the booking link or speak to the Ticket Office on 01823413923.
