Valentine’s Supper - 14th February 2020

Join us for a romantic Valentine’s supper beneath a canopy of fairy lights in Hestercombe’s former 17th century Orangery, the Bampfylde Hall. Enjoy a magnificent seven course tasting menu prepared by the Head Chef with live music performed as you dine!

Somerset brie mousse with caramelised onions and melba toast

Beetroot cured cod with pickled candied beetroot and kohlrabi salad
Twice baked cheese soufflé with tomato fondue and rocket salad (v)

Pan fried duck breast served with dauphinoise potatoes, chicory
roasted carrots and a red wine jus
Wild mushroom tortellini with a brown butter sauce and spinach purée (v)
