Free Seated Flexercise class with Wellsprings Leisure Centre

We're delighted to have teamed up with Wellsprings Leisure Centre to offer members and visitors a free (when paying standard garden admission) Seated Flexercise class, held in our beautiful Column Room in historic Hestercombe House.

Our Flexercise session will consist of gentle chair-based exercise, followed by a game of curling. It’s ideal for anyone who isn’t very mobile, and will be fun, relaxed and informal.

This is a 60 minute, adult only session. Equipment will be provided.
