Thanks to Arts Council England funding we can now reveal an exclusive opportunity to work with the Illumina artist, Ulf Pedersen. Ulf will be running a hands on, practical workshop to create one brand new art installation to form the 'finale' of Illumina.
The workshops will aim to create a NEW installation to form the 'finale' of Illumina. The theme is taken from the Chinese Mid Autumn festival which falls around the same time and includes a celebration of light, quite fitting for a 'light-art' event.
You won't need any prior skills to take part in the workshop, Ulf will take you through the process and at the end each person should have their own little piece of Illumina to add to a final celebration on Monday 16th September. The family of each child will then be invited on Monday to see this magical installation take shape.
