Throughout May we are celebrating these amazing little plants. Visit the garden next to the big gates of the courtyard, which will be open for you to explore. See some of the herbs we grow and use in the cafe, and read a bit about them. Kevin and his team have prepared a selection of different herb specials for the ever-changing menu, and Helen in the Plant Centre has some rather good offers on herbs. But as well as all that - asparagus is in!! Today there were several gardens visitors enjoying a lovely cod dish served with asparagus spears.
