Propagation for the edible garden

This course is for you if you would like to multiply your own plants for next to no cost!

Suitable for gardeners who grow food and would like to expand what they grow through variety or volume.

Significant reductions in the cost of setting up a kitchen garden, as well as creating stronger, healthier plants.

• Layering & Division

With some seasonal variation between Summer & Winter propagation.

Please wear sturdy footwear and dress for all weathers!

This course is delivered outside on site, and the ground is uneven. We will spend some time under cover in the polytunnel / glasshouse.

About the event (including practical elements):

We will undertake a number of propagation methods depending on the season from seed saving, division, stem cuttings, leaf cuttings, root cuttings, grafting, budding, layering, mounding up and more.
