A chance to have a look around our edible garden at Hestercombe, taste some unusual herbs & edibles, buy plants and produce grown on site

UNUSUAL EDIBLES - TOUR & TASTING

This is an informal look around our growing spaces at Hestercombe to see what we've been up to, what we're growing and taste some of our crops.

Suitable for gardeners and growers of all abilities - the site is up a steep hill.

We will walk around with informal discussion and questions on what we're doing and why.

We will taste crops as we move around, including:

• Herbs
• Leaves
• Salads
• Edible flowers
• Edible perennials
• Jams

Our regenerative methods of growing food are centered entirely on creating climate resilience, reducing watering needs and labour, whilst protecting your crops and plants.

We build resilience in soils; quality and quantity, without the use of chemicals, as well as whole ecosystem planning, pest resilience and reducing the effects of extreme weathers.
