We're delighted to have teamed up with Wellsprings Leisure Centre to offer members and visitors a free (with garden admission) yoga taster session, held in our beautiful Dining Room in historic Hestercombe House.
One of the worlds most practiced spiritual disciplines. Developed over thousands of years these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.
This is a 60 minute, adult only yoga session. Mats will be provided, however, participants are very welcome to bring their own.
Places are strictly limited to 15 and are available on a first come first served basis. Please email events@hestercombe.com to book your place.
