Wedding Prices

We want the only surprise at your wedding to be the moment you first see each other at the ceremony. Managing your budget is simple, as we offer all-inclusive packages that cover everything you'll need. We appreciate that everyone's perfect wedding is different, so we will create a package to suit you.

We have no minimum attendance and can be flexible on food and drinks to deliver your dream wedding to suit your needs.

We love nothing more than delivering a wedding entirely unique to you and your guests. Check out our gallery for inspiration.

Inclusive Packages

We offer one inclusive cost to cover everything you need, including:

• An experienced Wedding Coordinator assisting with everything you need to realise your dream wedding
• Use of any of our unique spaces, including The Orangery, Bampfylde Hall, Column Room, Victorian Terrace and Cascade
• A reception drink, canapés and three course breakfast for you and all your guests, prepared by our in-house chefs
• Up to half a bottle of house wine per person to be served during your meal and a glass of prosecco served for speeches
• Chairs, linen table cloths, linen napkins, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cake knife, easel for your table plan
• A choice of home-made evening food
• One year’s joint membership to Hestercombe and an invitation to return for celebratory afternoon tea on first anniversary

Additional guests can be added to the packages below for £110 per person.
