We are so happy to be open and able to host our exciting Christmas events once again!
With a recent change in law regarding mask-wearing, we are now politely asking all visitors to wear a mask inside our Gift Shop, Gallery and any other inside spaces.
In light of recent news about the rising rates of COVID-19 in the local area and new variants across the UK, we would also like to remind visitors to of other preventive measures such frequent hand-washing and physical distancing, which can help slow the spread of the virus.
To ensure that our festive events are as COVID-safe as possible, for the first time we are selling timed arrival tickets to many of our Christmas events. To control the flow of visitors throughout the day, we ask that you stick to your arrival time for such events.
We are open daily (7 days a week), from 10am - 5pm (last entry 3.30pm / 3pm on days ILLUMINATE is showing).
Please note, the venue will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day to give our lovely staff a well-deserved break with their families.
