Enjoy a half day’s workshop at Hestercombe this Christmas learning the ancient and creative art of making a 5 foot willow angel.
This workshop is run by willow expert Lynn Kentish who has many years of expertise of willow artisanship. She’ll teach you the basics of this traditional artform, help guide you through each stage, so that you can proudly take home your willow angel to decorate your own home or as a gift to a loved one. The workshop will take place in the beautiful setting of the Bampfylde Hall, under the sparkling fairy light canopy.
The willow you’ll be using is sourced locally from the Somerset Levels (Musgrove Willows).
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
This is unique, festive workshop is perfect to attend with friends, family, colleagues ~ or by yourself.
Includes light refreshments, all materials and expert tuition from Lynn.
